On iPhone: open a-p-s.co.uk/app in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap "Add to Home Screen". On Android: open the link in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then tap "Add to Home Screen". The APS icon will appear on your home screen instantly. No app store, no download, no storage used.

You can place requests for all 8 APS services: fuel delivery, welfare & water replenishment, skip hire, equipment hire, mobile recycling, security cameras, collections, and damage reports. Everything is available from one screen - no phone calls needed.

Do I need an APS account to use the Site Manager app?

Yes - you need an active APS client account to log in. If you don't have one yet, you can open an account in under 2 minutes at a-p-s.co.uk/open-an-account. Once approved, you'll receive your login details and can start using the app immediately.

Can I manage multiple construction sites through the app?

Yes. If your account covers multiple sites, you can switch between them in one tap from the app dashboard. Each request is automatically logged against the correct site. Your account admin can also restrict individual users to specific sites — so a site manager on Site A only sees and orders for Site A, keeping records clean across large accounts.

What happens after I submit a request through the app?

Your request is sent to your company's designated project manager (super admin) for approval. It appears immediately in your Requests tab with a "Pending" status. Once approved, it becomes a confirmed booking — visible in your Bookings tab with a job reference number and a confirmation email. If you are a super admin on the account, requests are approved instantly and go straight to bookings.

Why does my request say "Awaiting Approval" instead of going straight through?

APS accounts use a two-level access system. Standard site users submit requests which are reviewed by the designated super admin (usually a project manager or contracts manager) before being actioned. This prevents unauthorised orders and keeps your account in control. Super admins can approve, reject, or cancel requests from the Requests tab in the portal.
